Theme Park Press, publishers of many Disney related books, will soon release a memoir by Mouseketeer Eileen Diamond. Randall Nakashima has generously shared some restored candid color photos from the MMC Circus. Go to Amazon for this, the publisher's own website doesn't have it yet. Her book includes recollections from Anntte's friends, former colleagues, and fans.
Rita was the long time president of the National Annette Funicello Fan Club, and knew Annette well from when they were both teenagers through their adulthood. Speaking of Theme Park Press, they have a new release by Rita Rose, called Annette Funicello: Tributes from Fans and Friends.
